Annual reports and AGM minutes

As a registered charity the AGSD (UK) reports annually to members at an Annual General Meeting. The annual report and the financial accounts are then filed with the Charity Commission. Now that we have converted to a company limited by guarantee, with effect from 2009/10 we will also be filing with Companies House.
