HARRISON FORD IN GSD FILM Extraordinary Measures starring Harrison Ford, based on the book "The Cure" it tells the story of John Crowley and his part in funding the development of an enzyme-replacement therapy for people with Pompe Disease. Two of John's children suffer from Pompe (GSD Type II). UK release 26th February.

One of the objectives of the AGSD-UK is to act as a vehicle for communication of GSD related matters by publishing and distributing relevant material. We do this primarily through this website, our newsletter and the Pompe Bulletin. We also produce a leaflet on the AGSD-UK and its work. We tell you about the international support group GSD Net - a list server which enables people with GSDs from all around the world to communicate easily by email. And finally, we offer a page of links to other GSD related web sites.
